Essential Information for Our Users
I authorize XYZ Two Way Radio Service to charge my credit card for reservations made by me or on my behalf. I acknowledge that these charges exclude tolls, airport parking, and waiting time. All rates are calculated in local currency and billed in US dollars. I understand that I am responsible for any additional charges, such as tolls, airport parking fees, and extra waiting time charges, which must be settled at the time of service.
Customers are required to contact XYZ Dispatcher at 929-XYZLIMO (929-999-5466) or (800) 535-3377 if they cannot find their driver. Failure to do so will result in a charge to the credit card on file after you leave the delivery area. Includes full reservation fee and 45 minute waiting time. Customers pay for tolls, parking and other waiting fees, which will be collected by XYZ drivers at the time of service.
Customers are required to notify XYZ Two Way Radio of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Failure to provide this information will result in a subsequent credit card cancellation fee on file, equal to the total deposit. All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.
XYZ Two Way Radio is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, weather, road conditions and vehicle damage XYZ Two Way Radio accepts no liability for lost or for damage, personal effects, or items left in a vehicle. Please note that child safety seats are not provided. Parents and guardians must ensure compliance with state and federal laws by providing and installing child safety seats for children traveling in XYZ Two Way Radio vehicles.
